Any personal details (eg telephone/email/postal address) that you provide to Sea Snail Studio privately, will not be shared. Sea Snail Studio may contact you directly in the future to share news/special offers. If you prefer not to receive communication in this way, please advise in writing.

If you prefer to discuss anything over the telephone, we are happy to give you a call - simply provide your number and any preferred time for Sea Snail Studio to call you.
Please check all the details of the sale including your postal address are correct before completing an online sale. If you should realise after the sale that your address is incorrect; contact Sea Snail Studio by email as soon as possible and if it has not yet been shipped we will endeavour to amend. If you prefer to make payment by direct bank transfer - just ask. Once payment has been received, your item will be booked for dispatch and will require signature upon delivery.
For a personalised, bespoke or custom-made item, Sea Snail Studio will commence work once at least 50% has been paid. Once full payment is received and the item is complete, it will be booked for dispatch. If you decide to cancel the order after work has commenced, the following amounts (excluding delivery) will be retained to cover costs: 50% for personalised pieces and 25% for non-personalised pieces. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations (previously "Distance Selling Regulations"), if you decide to return/cancel your order - you are entitled to a full refund, including the initial basic delivery charge, as long as you inform Sea Snail Studio that you intend to return the item, , within fourteen calendar days from receiving your order (all orders are tracked), in writing (email : firstname.lastname@example.org). You will be responsible for tracked postage for the return of items. Note: Items that have broken the seal on the wrapping will not be refunded. Items used/marked may not be refunded, or a deduction be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Exceptions: Items which are personalised, bespoke or custom-made are non-refundable. However, if a personalised, bespoke or custom-made item is not as agreed (eg error in personalisation), you will receive a replacement, for which additional delivery costs will be covered by Sea Snail Studio. In this case - simply provide photographic evidence of error. Sea Snail Studio reserves the right to request return of item (at no cost to you), otherwise you may simply dispose of the item. Replacement will be void if the item is disposed of before agreement with Sea Snail Studio.
